Well into November I boldly go,,,all beat to hell...by myself. My nose is still
plugged and voice is faint,all from bad protein powder. Had a bout with
depression,for some reason ,,over it now. Got a killer movement in my left leg
this morning and it went right away. November 5th 24 squats. Nov 7th 30
squats 2 long standers. Put my shorts on in the morning by moving my legs
into them. Nov 9th -28 measly squats and a long stand. Yah know what,s
cool,besides the rush I get every time I jump off the pool lift chair and
stand......Sitting up in bed with out having to lean into my arm,but just balance
there. Thats cool brand new stuff that makes my tummy sore 24/7 using my
new "old" muscles. I'm leaning way over and picking stuff up. I had a coughing
fit the other night that was painful,but felt so good. My stomach muscles with
all the years of atrophy are coming back,,thats pretty cool ...Thats really really
pretty pretty cool cool,to tell yah the truth. Ok it,s the 14th got some good
walking in to get to the side of the pool and the lift. 30 squats,barely got into
the lift out,barely got into my van,,,,,good workout. Edith my nurse stopped by
was running a lil low on my bp and heart rate was up,,,,kinda weird. My tummy
is sooooooooooooo sore,,, woot woot. Friday the 16th got 40,barely got
out,barely got in my van,barely got out when I got home. Wish I could get a
good pic of my shoulders.
Well its Monday the 19th and I got 41,barely got out,but van transfer wasn't that
difficult,guess I can push a lil harder next time.hehe. Well hell it,s after thanksgiving
now,was gunna go to the pool on Saturday today the 24th,but my body still needs
rest and get my gut aches in control. Had a unreal thanksgiving with my aunt and her
family,my cousins and seen my sis and her family,what a grand thanksgiving. 52 slow
ones Monday morning. Guess who felt like hell and went and did.....................75
squats at the pool this Wednesday. If you some how guessed me your right. I went
there and was gunna be happy with 60. I'm gunna get to hundred then work on more
control ,more style. My feet want to stand on my tippy toes,,hmmmmmm. Hows 90
on Friday. Sheeez lost my wallet yesterday,gulp,,thats a hell of a feeling. Hey
November is at a close.....................November rocked
