Didn't even make the pool,my blood pressure was waaaaaaaaaay to low. Got
my new chair parked,just going to use it when I go out. My door frames in the
house are wasted from it being so wide and the way it clicks out lets me know
the salesman didn't have a clue on setup,plus he lied to me about a lock
out/safety feature. So basically he is going to get a ass chewing and I might
tell him to shove the chair up his ass. Well made the pool on Monday,felt weak
was all and proved it with my results......I think 47 was my magic number. Both
my legs were sore,which is good. My ol Invajunk has a stuck Castor,but
wheelchair works is supposed to be here today with my flatter back rest for my
new chair and go over my list of wtf. OOOOh yeah got into a accident that I
didn't even know about,woke up by Portland police,for bumping a Toyota
...Wow. But thats whats insurance is for. Ok wednesday I'm feeling pretty
good,pretty sure I'll get a full workout in. Strength is ok,I'm well stretched out,,,,
I can do it.........Got some where into the forties,felt the burning like I had to
pee,my back went into major pains. I grabbed the control for the lift to get me
out of the pool ,cause I knew I had a bm coming. To late,the warm water put
my body into relax. Motioned to Cody the cool lifeguard,he took care of it with
out drawing huge attention to it. I snuck out,mildly embarrassed,but felt good
and lighter weighted,that sucker was a monster. Damn it though friday better
be a good workout.
Cool friday was great,finally got a workout in,,about time. Barely got out of the
pool my legs were shaking so bad. Back was tight but manageable. Let the
weekend begin. Well gotta great monday workout in,interesting thing happened
over the weekend,two people had dreams of me walking. But I was running
from some ex,who was stalking me,kinda funny really. Any way workout was
really good for a change. Well this wednesdays workout sucked ,got 38 then
pain hit like a bm was coming,so I got out. I'm done bragging about my bm
control. What a crappy month for quality workouts so far. [sigh] Just
remembered though this lady Dorothy,who is always swimming when I come in
gave me a laugh. I just figured she was always in a "zone",cause I would yell
good morning to her and she would just act like she couldn't hear me ,,well
thats because she wears ear plugs. Funny stuff. Bout time I had a great
workout,legs spasming,hand clenching good time. Got my 8 sets in for a
hundred,then 10 more. Great friday. Great monday workout,I feel good and
strong. Almonds have become my preferred snacks,fiber and protein,good
stuff. Ohh yeah I've finally became stretched out enough to dress myself with
out my dressing pole. Gunna try to get a weight soon..
Ahhhhh Wednesday 21st. Yesterday was interesting, I guess almonds also
detox ya a bit,makes your crap smell like dog crap. Super disgusting smell,has
a way of getting all in your wheel chair [yuck] Felt great today though,everyone
at the pool was in a great mood,I kept laughing to myself my whole workout.
Basically did real slow controlled squats today. Left hamstring was my only
tight muscle. Left just smiling away,there was so much positive energy in the
air today. The 23rd. Wow been a chick magnet times 10. Anyways felt
great,got to the pool and there was a wheelchair by the lift [huh,, looks
around?]. New face in the pool,kinda cool. Some young dude,thought he would
beat the rush of chariots. But he got out half way thru my workout,which helped
me by making me stand there and act cool. Hands curled and I left later after
making my set of 100. Lots of positive energy at the pool again. Took
memorial day and worked upper body. Saturday was crazy with how much I
pooped,kept laying down,cause I don't want flies flying up my open butt. Gunna
hit it hard tomorrow on Wednesday. Play on friday,gunna switch up my game
plan on working out to giving it hell on Mondays and Fridays,wednesday being
justa stretch day.. Wednesday the 28th,best work out all month,good power
and strength. Bunch of slow squats,barely hanging on to the side of the
pool,sets of 12.......150 total. Friday the 30th,tried 3 times to get into my
walker before heading to the pool,couldn't quite lock my legs [sigh]Had a great
fun workout for the end of the month
