New year was great,nice to be back with the J side. Went  to the pool,good ol
Columbia pool. Was gunna set a nice beginning down,got to a hundred no
problem,,,,112 my body went into full spasms,humping the side of the
pool,,surprised no one said anything..I would have laughed at me if I'd seen
someone else do it. Never had that happen before,kinda scary cause I don't
wear any flotation thingies. Hmmmmm. Felt great on Friday ,did a slow 100
added 52 to that.,perfect workout. 152. Monday 100 real fast ones. Barely got
50 on Wednesday,whole lotta poop going on,literally. Still not well
Friday,having trouble holding down food and it aint pretty on the way out. I got
a bug sigh. Monday the 14th, didn't really feel good,, but went anyway. For the
lack of good nutrition from being sick, I had awesome strength,knocked out a
variety of slow controlled to fast squats 101. Killa transfer out,got home did my
insulin,which i hate,got through that,then pushed out a nice stand in front of my
wheelchair. Best day I've had in awhile. Until today the 16th,cruised in with my
favorite song,at volume level 49 on my stereo...btw thats REAL loud. Knocked
out 205,went into spasms,barely got out,barely got home. Listened to my van
stereo when I got home in the driveway,to get some energy built up to get out.
Breaking records,breaking hearts. Not on Friday though,,got 50 felt my legs
going away,,,,so I stretched my calf's,,,called it a day. Pretty worn out still from
wens.

Monday the 21st kept it simple knocked out a hundred squats and stretched out
my calves. Gotta wheelchair fitting later today. Stayed away from testosterone
the take strength away steroid,I don't like doing less. Amazing how my
body,does so much less on the mother of all steroids,also screws with my
hands,bowels. I cant think of one good thing it does other than shut me down
so I don't  think about women. Exactly the opposite of what it does for anyone
else. Wooooooo hooooooo I gotta ton of movement and I feel good on
Wednesday. Probably gunna wear my self out early showing off. Did a transfer
into the pool lift by standing in front of my chair and swinging into the chair,killer
walk to the edge. 142 my upper right leg gave away,,but pushed to 154. Yup
just like I figured. Friday was trying to hold back being excited,bounced like a
bunny to the edge,,,,,,,,only got to 128,,had to go pooh,so headed home,got
lunch with my nurse today any way. SIGH.    Monday 28h pool was closed I
guess due to cold weather? Wednesday same thing,plus I missed my Dr
appointment. Shit week so far,but o well. Had some nice phone calls though..
Hell this month is over,hopefully warm up next month.
