Well feburary....Poor start. Crappy day at the pool,lifeguard was cool about it,I
was embarrassed but thats what I get for bragging about how good my bowel
control has been. 5O something was my squat total. Way embarrassed was
my demeanour. Every body out of the pool,all staring at me as I left.
Monday,got shaky at 180,pushed to 210 ,,,new record. Fairly easy transfer into
van and home,too. I threw more carbs into my midnight feeding,got great
recovery. The world looked silver and hazy when I came out the back door of
the pool though. Almost slept in was still tired on Wednesday. Knocked out a
100 and stretched out,gotta see my Ortho surgeon to get my 2 last stitches
out,that his assistant left in. Kinda hope he (the assistant)comes in today,so I
can run him out of the room and make him go home and bite on pillows. I'm in
a real good mood and wouldn,t mind chewin ass today,then I'll feel even
better.. Amanda was there,pulled my stitches,we chatted. You know what?
When I get my own rehab center,I'm gunna get me a good medical biller and
write my ticket to fame. Cool how things work out ,,huh?
Woulda coulda,shoulda stopped at 220,but pushed to...................300 omg I'm
tired best work out yet,good night.......... Well Monday dah eleenfth,wanted to
sleep in. Still sore from Friday,so figured I,d stretch out kick out a hundred,did
it,but it was tough,some gorgeous blonde was down in my lil zone while I was
working out....oooh well. Got home ordered someone some roses and
chocolates. Almost forgot valentines day and red heads will beat you up for
that sheeaat. Well got pictures today,but before you look at them .......I want to
say I do eat and work my upper body,,,,even though it looks like I belong to
club Ethiopia.
Woooooooo hooooooooo I'm gunna look back on these one day "soon" and
laugh. Oh yeah got a hundred and somthin in of squats. You can see my arms
biceps and triceps are finally starting to build, Chest and rib cage are
pathetic,,cute smile though.lol. Got my work cut out for me,better go eat huh?
Marathon runners build inna wheelchair aint cool... Friday was so-so ,had
trouble standing getting out of the pool transfer chair. Pool was calm and
quiet. Did 125......Hundred and a measly twenty five. Just one of them days I
guess..... Sigh. Look out monday,,huh? Well it,s monday.............got only
200,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but I'm saving myself for wensday.lol. Well did 250
today,very ,very tired. Great workout..

Well Friday the 22nd......oh sigh,,,,,I might be over training now,got a hundred.
I'm not letting my muscles fully recover,so I'm gunna switch up my leg program.
Basic stretching of my calf's,Monday,Wednesday,100 squats in sets of
25/4,then Friday throw more squats in. It is getting harder to stand up out of the
transfer chair,my rbc (red blood count) has to be through the roof now,I've got
major back pumps,
big time. I'm gunna stop using insulin,had a hella day
Wednesday,Put a bunch of bee pollen in my protein drink. Every thing was cool
did my protien/carb load thing for the hour twenty minute,
feel like shit,hurry up
and eat ride,
,basically until 9;30 to 10 o'clock in the morn, I've peaked and  
start feeling better. Well bout 4 o'clock,started sweating and feeling
lethargic,pouring water on my self laying in bed to weak to get up,,it was "no
fun". Woke up round 7ish, laying on a Mylanta cap gouging into my side. So I
figure fug that stuff,it basically ruins my whole day and I don't believe the
benefits are worth it,for right now Maybe later on who knows? Shit is cheap
and readily available anyways. It was a fun learning experience. April 26 27 is
Hungry Horse race in Montana,right around the corner,would like to stand up
there if possible,go to dinner,visit friends.......hey did you notice how I changed
the subject.lol. First off want to show I do eat..Dem 10lb bags of whey dare.
Well, well, well. Monday kinda feel cheated,cause my workout didn't even
seem like one. In and out,but gotta start strength training,some time
though,so here we go. Soooooooooo hard for a extremist to slow
down,doesn't seem right.. Well its like the 27th,went to the pool,did my
workout,,,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz,not even sore. I'm gunna need a outlet,I'm not
sore or worn down and feel good and strong,definitely different. In and out of
the pool in less than 40 minutes,hopefully my masochistic side will come out
for my Friday workout and be sore again.. Who the hell wants to read about
some gimp "just" going to the pool,,,poor entertainment value. I guess my old
site is a mess and I'll be going back through that this week. I dropped it like a
bad habit once I got back into the me me attitude and started back on a pool
routine. Wish I could figure out editing movies,probably real simple too.I got
my last race and Eureka 99 been workin on,,I'll get it one day....C'mon friday.
Kinda funny how you want to get the bad stuff behind you and forget about
it,just never forget your lesson learned,see how actually it made you a
stronger person.
Embrace that gift. Friday,,, last you'll read of my whining for
this month. Got my 4 sets of 25 in,then got 50 slow ones in,dosn't seem like
much,but I'm happy with it. Close out this month happy with my progress
,pissed at the price of gas though.
