Whew let the December games begin. Supposed to get snow today on the
first. Yesterday was so busy,did a nice lil lift off my chair this morning ,,,hehe.
One hundred nine on Monday,Dec 3rd at the pool. My superman hoodie looks
like hell from a accidental splash of bleach taking care of my pee bag. Damn it
should have taken a second to take it off,damn it. Ohh, did I tell you I did 109
squats today? Lol. How about 129 on Wednesday with no stretching before
hand,ooh yeah it hurt like hell. Just got out of bed and hit the pool,cause my
body wanted to sleep in. I would have gotten more. Friday pool will be closed
or I'd break my 150 ,,the former personal record before breaking my hip a
couple months ago. Monday  excited as hell cause I've been moving all over
my bed,plus using leg strength on my transfers. So hows 152 sound as a new
personal record? It took everything I had,plus some... Well twelve on twelve,I
hit the pool. Was gunna run to the coast to see my buddy Steve,so I figured do
a hundred,hop in my van and go. Jumped off the chair lift I knew I was in
trouble,when it took everything I had just to stand. Wobbled to the side,barely
got 25,barely got out of the pool,barely got into my van. Awwwwwwh seems
like I over worked my legs,breaking my record and didn't get the recovery time
for it,oooops. Ok its Friday,took awhile to warm up,but got 101. Pool closes
this week for maintenance so it,s Mt Scott pool time next week. Well go to Mt.
Scott,the secretary recognizes me from before,the water aerobics instructor
and the life guards. Whip out 102 like it,s nothing and head home. Little mild on
the workout to see what my base is there. Well well well Wednesday brought
me 165 and a way tough transfer out,super work out. Thank you T for the card.
Ok well hows 201 sound. But i needed help outta the pool and the transfer into
my chair was assisted by the life guard ,who probably heard me cussing,cause
I was pissed at there Fischer Price pool transfer chair. That pos sits a foot
away from my chair,poorly, poorly designed. I'm going to get the manufacture
and  call them. Figured out it would do more good to make a complaint at the
office on Monday. They were a half hour behind on opening the doors on
Monday,kinda took the wind outta my sails. Did 10 really super slows ,then
another 5,then stretched my calf's. Had really good strength today and it felt
good. Complained at the office on the way out about the Gallatin lift installation.
Got my neighbor to help get a weight....133 day before Christmas,,, Dec 24th.
That is STANDING on LAND weight. Not impressed with the number,,,,,,but
standing on a scale in my front room,,I'll take it. Day after Christmas,felt
great,all stretched out. Hit the water,flew off the seat,legs felt great and
powerful................................52. At 40 my right leg was just going away. Sigh.
Friday the 28th ,151 walk in the park,could have went farther.
Roads are icy on
Monday and I aint into my van getting hit by some idiot. My right foot has a
fresh wound on it? So gunna stay home. How would I rate December? Well,,,
doing 201 squats in the pool,my all time record. STANDING on a scale in my
front room and a ton of controlled bowel movements puts a big ol smile on my
face. Feeling my lower back and unused stomach muscles coming back has
tested my  ooh yeah "I love pain" he,s my ol' friend, theory. But that means my
tummy will have ripples again. I'm giving December a 9.7! Damn controlled
spasms that so many say I have are moving me along,,,,middle finger flying to
nay sayers. Cant wait for         January..
